Initial Screening Assessment
ISA Instructions:
Click the link, which will take you to the ISA, then follow the instructions below.
1.
Create a free account on the page.
2.
On the pull-down menu, choose...Yes - I was asked to complete a profile by a church planting agency” (*Do not click skip the ISA) .
3.
Click register.
4.
Take the assessment, and please send the results to The Great Lakes Region on the pull-down menu and/or save your results and forward them to us here at the end of the assessment.
(Reminder - do not pay the ISA is free).
