We are thrilled to launch this blog as part of our monthly feature for pastors, leaders, and anyone who is passionate about growing God's kingdom here in the Great Lakes Region. Whether you're involved in church planting, looking to multiply your ministry efforts, or seeking support as you walk this journey, we’re here for you. Our goal is to offer insight, encouragement, and practical help that goes beyond just the basics of multiplication through the testimonies of others and what God is doing through them—it’s about building a lasting and meaningful impact in your ministry.
Our monthly newsletter will highlight each of our church features, so be sure to subscribe and stay connected for even more resources, updates, and inspiration sent directly to your inbox. This blog will serve as an extension of that, providing additional content and support throughout the month!
Why This Blog Exists
In the ever-evolving world of church leadership, we know it can be challenging to navigate the challenges of evangelism, discipleship, and multiplication. We’ve created this space to serve as a resource for those seeking help and support. Whether you’re planting a church, growing your ministry, or simply searching for strategies that align with your vision, we hope this blog will meet you where you are.
This blog will be grounded in the Multiplication Pathway, a simple yet powerful framework that guides you through the essential stages of growing a healthy, sustainable church and leadership pipeline. We’ll explore each step, providing practical advice, tips, and shared experiences from those who’ve walked this road before.
The Multiplication Pathway

For future blog posts, we’ll be breaking down the Multiplication Pathway into five key areas:
Evangelism – Where it all begins. We’ll explore how to cultivate a culture of outreach and reach those in your community who don’t yet know Christ.
Disciple Makers—Multiplying begins with individuals who are committed to making disciples. We’ll share strategies for equipping and empowering people to take on this crucial role.
Spirited, Anointed Leaders—Every church needs strong, spiritually mature leaders to guide its growth. We’ll discuss how to raise leaders who are ready to serve with passion and purpose.
Pastors – Pastoring is at the heart of church growth. We’ll offer insights and support on how to grow as a pastor and build the church body around you.
Pioneers/Planters : These are adventurous leaders who step into new territory. We’ll examine what it takes to plant a church, both practically and spiritually, and the steps involved in launching it successfully.
A Resource You Can Rely On
This blog is designed to be a resource, not just a place for information. Our aim is to provide you with real, actionable steps that you can apply right now. But it’s also a place where you can build connections—whether you're looking for encouragement or reaching out for a network of support. Church planting, leadership, and multiplication can sometimes feel isolating, but here, we want you to know you're never alone.
Each blog post will tie back to one of these five areas of the Multiplication Pathway, and we’ll keep expanding on each step throughout the months. Our hope is that, by the end of this series, you will have a rich, practical toolkit to navigate church multiplication and leadership, whether you're just starting or seeking to grow your existing ministry.
Moving Forward
In the coming months, we’ll share stories, best practices, and practical tools to help you advance in your ministry. We’ll also be touching on the heart of what it means to multiply, looking at the spiritual side of the journey and the practical. The work is hard, but it’s worth it—and you’re not alone.
We’re excited to walk with you as you navigate the beautiful, challenging, and rewarding ministry work. Stay tuned for our next post as we dive deeper into the first step of the Multiplication Pathway: Evangelism. And remember, each of these features will be showcased in our monthly newsletter—so make sure to sign up and keep in touch!
Let’s do this together!
